Our office will be closing today (12/23/25) at 11:00 AM and will reopen Monday, 12/29/25 at 7:00 AM.
We will also be closing on December 31 at 11:00 AM, remain closed on January 1, and reopen Friday, January 2 at 7:00 AM—refreshed, recharged, and ready for 2026!
???? Emergency Water Issues During Closures
If you have an emergency water problem during any of these closures, please call our on-call staff at 936-594-2192.
Please understand:

✅ On-call staff CAN repair water leaks, address low pressure, and respond to water outages

❌ They CANNOT answer account questions, billing questions, or take payments (even Santa can’t override that list ????)
