Attention North and South System Customers:
Some customers may be experiencing low water pressure or a temporary loss of service. This is due to a fiber optic company in Lake L striking two separate 6-inch lines in the neighborhood.
We only have one crew available, and they cannot be in both places at once. Repairs are being made one line at a time, and the crew is working as quickly as possible to restore service.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this repair process.
