Our office will close on Wednesday at 11:00 AM for the Thanksgiving holiday and will reopen on Monday, December 1 at 7:00 AM.
If you experience a water emergency during this time, please call 936-594-2192. Your call will be forwarded to our on-call personnel.

Attention Customers:
We are experiencing issues again this month with Windstream that are preventing us from sending EBILL statements to
customers who receive them electronically. We are actively working with Windstream to resolve the problem, but we do not yet have an estimated timeline for a fix.
Because of this, please do not rely on your EBILL this month to make your payment on time. Your paper bill card was mailed today and is due on December 10, 2025.
If you do not receive your bill card in the mail by December 1, please call our office. We will be happy to provide your balance.
