Chita Customers: There have been several Fiber Hits on Pipeline Road, so anyone that lives on or along FM 355 from Coker to FM 356, and then those on FM 356 from Hillwood to the Bridge right before Pine Forest Acres will have a loss of pressure while we make the repairs. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Our phone lines have been affected, along with many others in the city. We have contacted Windstream regarding the issue, and they have informed us that this is an ongoing problem related to fiber crews working in the area. At this time, they are unable to provide an estimated timeframe for when service will be restored.
We understand the frustration; however, posting on Facebook about not being able to reach us will not resolve the issue or help restore phone service.
